Oven baked peppered chicken

Oven baked peppered chicken

Have you ever had one of those meals that you threw together out of laziness, but somehow it turned out totally amazing? This recipe is one of those. I must admit that 99% of the time I am a lazy cook and this oven baked peppered chicken recipe isn’t a new thing in my kitchen. In fact, anything oven baked usually wins in my books. Why? It’s because things that go in an oven are low maintenance. You don’t have to stir, mix, flip (thank God for broil mode), etc. Just pop it in the oven and take it out when it’s done. Why do you think I love baked/grilled plantain so much? Did you think it’s because I’m fit fam?

While I’d love to claim health and fitness as the reason behind my baking things versus frying them, it’s really not. But don’t judge me because regardless of the history behind this chicken recipe, it is bomb.com. And my favorite things to eat it with are oven baked jollof rice and grilled/baked plantain.

Okay you can judge me now.
