Ingredients
  1. 1 ripe plantain
  2. Oil spray (or 1 teaspoon of oil)
Instructions
  1. Heat up the grill. If you don't own a grill, the oven works too - use the grilling trays for maximum effect.
  2. Spray the grill with a little oil (optional, however do this to prevent sticking)
  3. Slice the plantain in medium sized pieces, place on the grill and cover.
  4. Grill plantains for about 5 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
  1. You can add salt, but it's not very necessary.
  2. Another alternative to oil is to use a little butter
