Dried fish (cut)

Onions (sliced)

3 tablespoons Palm oil

1 Cup crushed tomatoes

1/2 cooking spoon

1 tbsp crayfish

1/2 tsp salt

Spices (maggi; thyme)

    Hello,
    I think you forgot to put the tomato sauce in the recipe section. And I’m not certain if tomatoes are used for Ewa Agoyin sauce. It’ll just be regular fried stew, I think. Nice blog.

    Important Tip when cooking yam, BEANS and their likes, don’t put salt till you have passed the half-mark time; it would drastically reduce your cooking time.

    Your cooking time for the beans in this recipe would have been half if you waited about 30mins of cooking before adding salt.
