Beef Suya Wrap

Beef Suya Wrap
 My fellow foodies!
How’s it going? I bring you good tidings from my kitchen. On our my plate today is a beef suya wrap. More like “was” because as I am writing this, it has entered the realm of my stomach and is now a delicious memory.
My inspiration for this recipe came from my all time favorite food joint, Get Grill. You see, for someone like me who doesn’t typically eat out (not only because the takeout life is expensive, but also, I always think I can cook better), Get Grill is the one place I will gladly waste spend invest my money.

Take all of it

So today, I made my version of the Get Grill suya wrap, and it was pretty damn good. So good, they should hire me.
I will work for food.
Please. 🙁
Kidding!
I’m not kidding.

  • 2 tablespoons suya spice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Thoroughly mix the ketchup and mayo in a small bowl and combine with beef
Lay 1 tortilla out and sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese in the center then top off with some of the beef mixture (don’t overfill)

Roll the tortilla like a burrito (Find how to do that here: http://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-wrap-a-burrito-so-it-doesnt-fall-apart-when-you-eat-it-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-189756 )
